The Sport’Aide board of directors is the result of a good blend of professional and “field” expertise, since it is made up of university researchers specializing in violence in sporting environment, former athletes, coaches, heads of Quebec sports federations and volunteers who have been involved in diverse disciplines.

Recreation consultant by profession, he holds a degree in public administration from the ÉNAP. With strong knowledge of organized sport, he presided Baseball Québec from 1994 to 1999, the Association québécoise du loisir municipal from 2005 to 2009 and Sports-Québec from 2011 to 2016.

Director of Legal Affairs and Assistant General Secretary at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique du Québec (INRS). Michel has long been involved in amateur sport and professional sport, as a former junior elite baseball player.

CPA and CA, with over 25 years of experience in managing and coordinating accounting teams in the improvement of processes, controls and financial reports in accordance with accounting standards. She is also a member of the CPA Canada investment funds standing committee.

Managing Director of Loisir et Sport Abitibi-Témiscamingue – Sports and Recreation Technician in Abitibi-Témiscamingue for over 35 years. He was Vice-president of Sport Québec (2015 to 2019); and he has presided over the Commission des Jeux du Québec since 2015.

Degree in physical activity and level 4 coach in rowing, she was involved in amateur sports for many years as administrator, athlete and coach on both a national and international level. She was part of the Canadian delegation at the 2008 Paralympic Games.

Ex-athlete and clinical psychologist, she has been director of communications in various government departments, including Education, before joining the Conseil supérieur de l’Éducation du Québec as secretary general.

Founder, president of Pour 3 Points – Certified coach in integral development, basketball coach and attorney at Langlois Kronström Desjardins (2007-2013), he is a member of the Order of Excellence in Education and Ashoka Fellow. Sensitive to diversity and inclusion issues, he intervenes in the media and as a panelist or speaker.

Associate Professor at the Department of Health Sciences at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and holder of a doctorate in psychology, specialty in cognitive sciences and neuropsychology, from the Université de Montréal. Intervener for the RESPAIX program in order to favour a violence-free environment in minor hockey.

Specialist in youth intimidation and violence in the world of sport, primarily amateur soccer. He has also been involved in the field of downhill skiing as an athlete and coach.
